This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, cancellations, and subscription payments on the ViewDent platform, ensuring transparency and fair usage for all users.

Introduction

VIEWDENT provides subscription-based digital healthcare software services. All services are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital services, no standard refund or return option is provided.

Trial Subscription (₹1 for 15 Days)

VIEWDENT offers a 15-day trial period for a non-refundable fee of ₹1.

  • The ₹1 trial fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Trial access is activated immediately upon successful payment
  • By opting for the trial, the user explicitly agrees to auto-debit authorization
  • At the end of the 15-day trial period the selected subscription plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription
  • The applicable subscription amount will be auto-debited from the user’s registered payment method
  • To avoid being charged, users must cancel the subscription before the trial period ends

Refund Policy

Once a subscription (trial or paid) is activated, it is strictly non-refundable. VIEWDENT does not offer any self-service refund option on the platform. Refunds are considered only in rare and exceptional cases, solely at the discretion of VIEWDENT, and only after verification by the support team.

Exceptional Cases

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical or system error
  • Payment debited but subscription not activated
  • Billing errors directly attributable to the VIEWDENT platform

No Refunds Will Be Provided For

  • Trial fees (₹1)
  • Used or partially used subscription periods
  • Partial billing cycles
  • Change of mind or plan preference
  • Failure to cancel before trial expiry
  • Discounted, promotional, or trial-converted plans

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved after internal verification by the VIEWDENT team, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–14 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines. Refund approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of VIEWDENT.
